The centrifugal force for ourter micro tubes in the
AF-2236 rotor is 24,900xg, while the RCF for inner tubes
is 20,890xg. RCF over 20,000xg is effective for BSE
test.

To maintain 4 °C,
the maximum speed with the AF-2724A should be limited
at 17,000rpm (26,490xg). When AF-2724A is spinned at
18,100rpm, the temperature will be maintained at 7 °C.
To maintain 4 °C, the maximum speed with the AF-2236
should be limited at 15,000rpm (21,880xg). When AF-2236
is spinned at 16,000rpm, the temperature will be maintained
at 6°C.
