In
choosing a tabletop centrifuge that spins quietly,
the 5200 model is the ideal choice. With its specially designed lid
that provides one-way ventilation, the 5200 contains
the noise generated inside the chamber, thus contributing to a quiet work environment.
Furthermore, this one-way air ventilation system prevents
samples from being tested at unexpectedly high temperature,
ensuring smooth air circulation.
If it is necessary to interchange
rotors frequently, the 5200 model is a suitable
choice. Accepting a tool-less rotor, the 5200 is a time
saving unit which cuts down on experiment time. With the
tool-less rotor a standard hexagonal wrench key is not
required, because the rotor features a special hand-fastener
bolt on its top.
In choosing a high cost-performance
tabletop centrifuge that accepts a variety of test tube
sizes, the 5200 is ideal choice. The 5200 permits
spinning from 80 x 2 mL to 4 x 250 mL with the ST-720
swinging bucket rotor. In addition, the ST-410 swinging
bucket rotor accepts sealing caps, permitting biohazard-proof
usage. |
