Purpose
Refrigerated Centrifuge 5922 |

|
In choosing a refrigerated centrifuge
both for clinical diagnostic and for laboratory research,
the 5922 is highly recommended. The 5922 accepts a wide
range of 14 rotors, such as fixed angle rotors for micro
tubes and TC tubes, micro plate rotors, and swinging bucket
rotors, allowing any customers' requirements to be met.
In addition, the 5922 is equipped with a tool-less rotor,
which enables customers to exchange rotors very easily.
In choosing a refrigerated centrifuge
able to meet genomics and proteomics requirements,
the 5922 is ideal. For example, the AT-2724M rotor accepts
24 x 2mL tubes with 15,000rpm and over 20,000Xg; the maximum
speed and g-force are high enough to meet the general
requirements of genomics applications. The RA-410M2 rotor
can also spin 8 x 15mL/50mL over 13,000Xg. In case researchers
want to spin micro plates, PT-745M accepts 12 x micro
plates over 3,000Xg.
If biohazard-proof rotors are
required, the 5922 model is a suitable choice.
The AT-2730M rotor
accepts 30 x 2mL tubes with a sealing lid certified to
the CAMR standard. The ST-410M is also biohazard-proof,
certified to CAMR standards, accepting 4 x 50mL TC tubes. |
