TOPTOP
  Except AF-2536A, AF-2048, AF-5004R, AF-3806, AF-5008C and SF-410, the 6200 is able to hold the sample temperature below 4°C at each rotor's maximum speed and RCF.
Regarding to the above mentioned rotor, Cooling below 8°C is possible at the rotor's maximum speed and RCF. Cooling below 4°C is possible when the rotor spins at the specification inside ().
(Under the condition that ambient temperature is 25°C)
(*1) Centrifugal force of the outer tube. For the detailed infomation, please contact your local dealer.
(*2) The BD FalconTM Round Bottom Test Tubes (Cat. No.352006, 352018 and 352059) can be used.
(*3) This adapter is a sealing type..
(*4) SF-410 Rotor can accommodate sealing caps (code no. S17111) (Optional).
The sealing cap cannot be used with the combination of the original bucket and S17019 tube rack.
The bucket for 12 x 15 conical (TC) tube (code no. 13130) able to accept the sealing caps.
(*5) These value shown on the display is calculated under the condition that the rotation radius is 14.6cm.
For the detailed information, see the instruction manual of the rotor.
(*6) To use this, do a plate strength test before centrifuging. The lower plate can be broken.
(*7) The adapters 055-6370 is available (Option). This adapter makes it convenient to handle a micro titer plate , especially some microtiter plates are stacked.
(*8) The adapters 055-6380 is requiered (Option).
(*9) The rotor cover must be used when exceeding 12,000rpm.
