What
is the difference between the 8420 and 8410 models?
In comparison with the previous 8410 model, the 8420 is
a more easy-to-use centrifuge. Ordinary operation becomes
easier with the newly designed user-friendly interface,
5 channel memory setting and g.sec operation. In particular,
the operating condition memory settings allow one-touch
memory saving, recall and operation. Each setting is able
to store both centrifugal speed and time.
High Capacity Swinging Bucket
rotor RS-3011
The 8420 is able to handle a large number of samples,
accepting the RS-3011 swinging bucket rotor. RS-3011 can
accommodate samples of up to 3000 mL, from 100 x 10 mL
tubes to 4 x 750 mL bottles. Furthermore, the RS-3011
can meet various applications, accepting not only sealed
cover (optional) on the 053-5310 bucket but also microtiter
plates, simply by changing the bucket.
Specially designed ventilation
system
The 8420 model is equipped with a specially designed lid
that provides one-way ventilation to contain the noise
generated inside the chamber, thus contributing to a quieter
work environment. In addition, this one-way air ventilation
system prevents samples from being tested at unexpectedly
high temperature, ensuring smooth air circulation. |
