Especially in the
proteomics field, researchers want to handle a large
amount of sample to extract target protein or enzyme
as much as possible.
Now, Kubota invented a high capacity fixed angle
rotor AG-1K4, whose capacity is 4 x 1L to meet the
trend. Despise its high capacity, the AG-1K4 is
30% lighter than AG-5006 rotor of 6 x 500mL capacity
and achieve faster acceleration and deceleration.
In addition, the bottle can contain full capacity
of 1,000mL volume and has unique feather of wide
mouth, which make it easy to collect the sample
after the centrifugation. |
